Spins and Spokes and Faerie Folk by Peggy Lee Johnson

Peggy Lee Johnson is a regular storyteller at Static Movement and so we know the folksy way she has of writing that makes her stories endearing to any reader. On page three Peggy writes: A collection of short stories, shaken not stirred, and this shows her comic side.  Peggy is a wonderful writer who can really spin a tale, whether about a monster or a cat, this book is sure to keep you thinking.

I had the privilege of writing the review blurb for the back of this book, it goes as follows:

A group of short stories to be read in the daytime and a few poems.  Peggy Johnson is a storyteller to watch.  You'll want to call all your friends and tell them to get this book.  From a monster in the barn to a man addicted to money, you will sit and read this book from beginning to end, and then read it again.  All of the stories are unique; some with twists and turns that will surely make you keep the light on...and what ever you do, don't put the cat out!
